What to consider for your specific home?

As Floridians begin to welcome back the snowbirds, not the ones with feathers, but our friends from up North; they are thinking about their second home here in sunny Florida waiting to dip their feet in the pool and relax, “but what will I come back to?” That could be a painful thought for some. Either the second home has been rented out during the summer, or it has been vacant awaiting their arrival.

Consider these factors in flooring options when it comes to second homes and rentals.

  • Durability
  • Low Maintenance
  • SPC Waterproof Flooring

These can save you money and assure you that the flooring in your home is safe from regular daily use.

RaskinSnowbird or not, having a rental or second home should still give a sense of wanting to be there, and providing that home value and worth, just like you have. We hope you take into consideration what is needed in your investment. Like Warren Buffett said, “Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.” Have you planted the “tree” when it comes to the flooring in your home?
